There exists, or existed, another painting titled Le Croisic (Le Port) as well, measuring 54 x 73 cm, which was auctioned at Hôtel Drouot, Paris, 13 March 1912, lot 53.
This painting suffered minor damaged by shrapnel following a bomb explosion in the South of France during the war on 15 August 1944. The canvas was relined in 1984 to address the damaged sail.
