Notes: The proximity of Cinq femmes with Group de femmes, oil on panel, 11.1 x 8.1 cm (AM-10-001) suggests the latter is a study for this larger work.

Though dated 1912 in the Nassau County Museum of Art catalogue the painting is closely related to La Femme au Cheval (AM-11-022), which was likely executed late-1911 or early-1912.
