Submit an Artwork for Inclusion in the Jean Metzinger Catalogue Raisonné
Please read the information below carefully before making a submission. Thank you.
Guidelines:
The Metzinger association Défense et promotion de l’œuvre de l’artiste Jean Metzinger continually researches and reviews artworks for possible inclusion in the Jean Metzinger Catalogue Raisonné. If you are in possession of a work that is not yet included in the Metzinger catalogue raisonné, the Metzinger association would be interested in receiving information about it.
To submit an artwork for possible inclusion in the Metzinger Catalogue Raisonné:
- Complete the Artwork Description form on this page;
- Read, complete and sign the Agreement Letter (attached in PDF format);
- Provide high-resolution digital images (300 dpi or greater) of the work (front and back), a list of provenance and exhibition history, along with any other relevant documentation.
Owners of purported works by Jean Metzinger may apply to the Metzinger Association Team for an examination of the artwork. For the Metzinger Association to consider the examination, please download and review the “Catalogue Raisonné examination and research process.”
Sending and receipt of the Artwork Description form does not guarantee that a work will be included in the Jean Metzinger Catalogue Raisonné or any subsequent publication.
